After completing a 3 day fast to rid myself of any toxins, I have started the journey of embracing an animal based diet. I would like to chronicle my food intake and document how I feel.
6/24/24 Day 1
Today was the first day that I started my animal based diet. It was also the first day of breaking my fast. For breakfast I had bone broth, as I read up that after a fast it is best to ease the body into eating again.
Lunch was composed of 4 eggs. For snacks I had some homemade plantain chips with salt. They were good, but not as crispy as I would have liked.
For dinner I had frozen wild caught salmon with raw butter and drizzled with lime. I also ate an avocado.
After dinner, I had a few more plantain chips and a homemade nondairy ice cream recipe that I found online- cherry ice cream made from frozen cherries, coconut milk, and honey blended together. The ice cream only tasted like coconut milk. I added more honey to the mix, hopefully that will sweeten the rest up.
6/25/26 Day 2
This morning I started by drinking a cup of black coffee. For breakfast today I ate raw keifer with frozen mangos, pineapples, blue berries, and honey. I also had 6 pills each of 3 different heart and soil supplements (Beef Organs, Histamine & Immune, and Bone Marrow & Liver)

For lunch I ate about 1/2 pound of grass fed beef, an avocado, a peach, and a glass of raw milk.

For a snack I ate a apple
For dinner I ate 1/2 pound of grass fed beef, and an orange. I also had a chomp beef stick. I didn’t have much else, as I was at the beach and ate what I had in my backpack.

When I got home I had some plantain chips, dry apricots, and more homemade cherry ice cream. Hopefully, it is a bit sweeter, or perhaps more of the cherry flavor has deepened.
